men to be or, men not to be?

Would it be discrimination to ask the question;
Should men be working on all women wards?

Would it be consided bad practice or, is it away of breaking up the female hormone fetal?

What would be considered best practices? In the name of safety and security?

It's a tuff one isn't it? Or is it? I mean what business do men have on a all women's Mental health ward? Some of these women would be considered extremely vulnerable.  Could it be considered a safeguarding risk? Have they had the right amount of training?

Or , are these things measured once an incident has risen? When does safety become an issue?

Park House mental health, all female, mental health ward current employees men support workers for women with some extreme personal support needs( that is not to say they offer that support). However, if the levels of staff were an issue, those men may have know, option but to give personal care to vulnerable women, young and old.

The question is;

Are both parties owed a, 'Duty of care'?
Are both parties owed a,'Safeguarding' duty?
If an incident were to accure, who would be at fault?
