Integrated or oppressive care?
An integrated health care system can not work if the person(s) that are meant to deliver the integrated care systems need care themselves. The idea could have a powerful positive impact, however, what would the downsides be to integrated care? And, could they be a tool for control? dominance and oppressive behaviors? When we talk about integration, does that mean the board members are integrated into other business boards? What does integrated health care system actually mean? Are we asking the questions? like who's idea it is? And, what is their track record and motivation? They are difficult questions. However, the wrong people could cause so much more unnecessary chaos and suffering. Could it be possible, that When the costs are weighted up, it may not be as cost effective? Will we ever get to be a point, where money does not control the overall wrong decision. Which affects the overall usability and outcome for the user of the service? Not Forgetting about the afte...
